The MamaWell Meditating Mamas Group is an online membership group for new or expecting busy Mamas who are ready to feel less overwhelmed and instead more replenished, energized, and connected to yourself.
Integrating the best from science and age-old wisdom, the MamaWell Meditating Mamas Group is tailored for busy Mamas who are tight on time and want access to the most effective tools and resources for mom-focused mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
Each live session will be 30 minutes and will include:
– A guided mindfulness meditation
– The best of MamaWell’s mom-focused self-care tools and mindful rituals to integrate into your day

– We meet live online every Wednesday for three months starting on August 17th. Session will begin at 7:30 pm PST and will last for 30 minutes. If you can’t make it to the live session, you can listen to the recorded session at a time that works for you.
-The point of meeting weekly is to start a mindfulness meditation and self-care habit that is meaningful and lasting.
